You Are Mine

You Are Mine

I will come to you in the silence

I will lift you from all your fear

You will hear My voice

I claim you as My choice

Be still, and know I am near

I am hope for all who are hopeless

I am eyes for all who long to see

In the shadows of the night,

I will be your light

Come and rest in Me

Chorus:

Do not be afraid, I am with you

I have called you each by name

Come and follow Me

I will bring you home

I love you and you are mine

I am strength for all the despairing

Healing for the ones who dwell in shame

All the blind will see, the lame will all run free

And all will know My name

Chorus:

Do not be afraid, I am with you

I have called you each by name

Come and follow Me

I will bring you home

I love you and you are mine

I am the Word that leads all to freedom

I am the peace the world cannot give

I will call your name, embracing all your pain

Stand up, now, walk, and live

Chorus:

Do not be afraid, I am with you

I have called you each by name

Come and follow Me

I will bring you home

I love you and you are mine

Say NO to Anxiety

Psalm 61

For the choir director; on a stringed instrument; by David.

Listen to my cry for help, O Elohim.
Pay attention to my prayer.
From the ends of the earth, I call to you
when I begin to lose heart.
Lead me to the rock that is high above me.

You have been my Machseh,
a Migdal-Oz against the enemy.
I would like to be a guest in your tent forever
and to take refuge under the protection of your wings. Selah

O Elohim, you have heard my vows.
You have given me the inheritance
that belongs to those who fear your name.
Add days upon days to the life of the king.
May his years endure throughout every generation.
May he sit enthroned in the presence of Elohim forever.
May mercy and truth protect him.
Then I will make music to praise your name forever,
as I keep my vows day after day.

Joy

Joy is a state of mind and an orientation of the heart. It is a settled state of contentment, confidence and hope. It is something or someone that provides a source of happiness. It appears 88 times in the Old Testament in 22 books; 57 times in the New Testament in 18 books.

Webster's dictionary definition: 1) to experience great pleasure or delight : REJOICE, 2) the emotion evoked by well-being, success, or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires: DELIGHT. Hebrew dictionary definition: 8057. simchah, sim-khaw'; from H8056 blithesomeness or glee, (religious or festival):-- X exceeding (-ly), gladness, joy (-fulness), mirth, pleasure, rejoice (-ing).
Greek dictionary definition: 5479. chara, khar-ah'; from G5463; cheerfulness, i.e., calm delight:--gladness, X greatly, (X be exceeding) joy (-ful, -fully, -fulness, -ous).

Christians should always find reasons to be joyful. There are many ways to define joy. Joy isn't just a smile or a laugh. Joy is something that is deep within and doesn't leave quickly. When we have the joy of the Lord, we'll know it and so will others. Since joy is given by God and something that He wants us to have, we need to be joyful! In addition to being joyful, we should let others have their joy and not bring them down when they are excited about good things. The only thing worse than not having joy is stealing someone else's.

Spending eternity in Heaven with God, the saints and the angels is something incredible! Ask for joy! If we can't find reasons to be joyful, our perspective must change. God lets us have blessings every day. We should be able to see them and thank God for them. Additionally, we should ask for God's blessings! Some think they should be blessed with joy automatically, but God's Word says "you have not because you do not ask." (John 15:16)
God's Holy Spirit produces joy. Joy is a product of Christ-likeness. When we seek God through His Word and prayer, we will receive joy! Thank God that joy is something He wants us to have!

Joy is the second "fruit of the Spirit," according to Galatians 5:22 "But the fruit of the Spirit is...joy...."

Reading the scriptures will bring us joy! "And these things we write to you that your joy may be full." (1 John 1:4) We will also see where the Bible gives us specific times to be joyful. Lastly, I've listed ways that God has given me joy! If you're lacking, pray and try some! Enjoy this lesson and God bless you!

If we can't find reasons to be joyful, our perspective must change. God lets us have blessings every day. We should be able to see them and thank God for them. Additionally, we should ask for God's blessings! Some think they should be blessed with joy automatically, but God's Word says "you have not because you do not ask". Ask for joy!

Peace and joy go together. Give good advice and give peaceful advice. When we try not to fight and hate others, and decide to get along, we will experience peace and joy.

God's Holy Spirit produces joy. Joy is a product of Christ-likeness. When we seek God through His Word and prayer, we will receive joy! Thank God that joy is something He wants us to have! (1 John 1:4)

Philippians 4:4 "Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!"

Proverbs 12:20 "Deceit is in the heart of those who devise evil, But counselors of peace have joy."

Proverbs 21:15 "It is a joy for the just to do justice, But destruction will come to the workers of iniquity."

Ecclesiastes 2:26 "For God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in His sight; but to the sinner He gives the work of gathering and collecting, that he may give to him who is good before God. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind."

"Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep." (Romans 12:15)

~~When My people in their NEED look for water, when their throats are dry with THIRST, then I, the LORD, will answer their prayer!... ...I, the GOD of Israel, will NEVER abandon them! I will make rivers flow among barren hills and springs of water run in the valleys!~Isaiah 41:17,18~

Deuteronomy 15:7-11

Deuteronomy 15:7-11

"If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother, but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs. Beware lest there be a wicked thought in your heart, saying, 'The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand,' and your eye be evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing, and he cry out to the Lord against you, and it become sin among you. You shall surely give to him, and your heart should not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the Lord your God will bless you in all your works and in all to which you put your hand. For the poor will never cease from the land; therefore I command you, saying, 'You shall open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land.'

Prayer for Success

Romans 15:30
The Voice (VOICE)

My brothers and sisters, I urgently plead with you by the name of our Lord Jesus, the Anointed, and by the love of the Spirit to join together with me in your prayers to God for my success in these next endeavors.

Prayer of Jabez

"Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." – 1 Chronicles 4:10

Our Vindication is from the LORD

Isaiah 54:11-17

"Afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted,
I will rebuild you with stones of turquoise,
your foundations with lapis lazuli.
I will make your battlements of rubies,
your gates of sparkling jewels,
and all your walls of precious stones.

ALL your children will be taught by the Lord,
and Great will be their peace.

In righteousness you will be established:
Tyranny will be far from you;
you will have nothing to fear.
Terror will be far removed;
it will not come near you.
If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing;
whoever attacks you will surrender to you.

"See, it is I who created the blacksmith
who fans the coals into flame
and forges a weapon fit for its work.
And it is I who have created the destroyer to wreak havoc!

NO weapon forged against you will prevail,
and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.

This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
and this is their vindication from me,"
declares the Lord.

Psalm 45

For the leader. Set to "Lilies." By the descendants of Korach. A maskil. A lovesong:
My heart is stirred by a noble theme;
I address my verses to the king;
My tongue is the pen of an expert scribe.
You are the most handsome of men;
gracious speech flows from your lips.
For God has blessed you forever.
Warrior, strap your sword at your thigh;
[gird on] your splendor and majesty.
In your majesty, succeed, ride on
in the cause of truth, meekness and righteousness.
May your right hand teach you awesome things.
Your arrows are sharp. The people fall under you,
as they penetrate the hearts of the king's enemies.
Your throne, God, will last forever and ever;
you rule your kingdom with a scepter of equity.
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness.
Therefore God, your God, has anointed you
with the oil of joy in preference to your companions.
Your robes are all fragrant with myrrh, aloes and cassia;
from ivory palaces stringed instruments bring you joy.
Daughters of kings are among your favorites;
at your right stands the queen in gold from Ofir.
Listen, daughter! Think, pay attention!
Forget your own people and your father's house,
and the king will desire your beauty;
for he is your lord, so honor him.
Then the daughter of Tzor, the richest of peoples,
will court your favor with gifts.
Inside [the palace], the king's daughter looks splendid,
attired in checker-work embroidered with gold.
In brocade, she will be led to the king,
to you, with the virgins in her retinue.
They will be led in with gladness and joy,
they will enter the king's palace.
You will have sons to succeed your ancestors;
you will make them princes in all the land.
I will make your name known through all generations;
thus the peoples will praise you forever and ever.

God is with you!

The light of God surrounds us;
The love of God enfolds us;
The power of God protects us;
The presence of God watches over us;
Wherever we are, God is!

Psalm 91

(New King James Version)

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."

Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.

He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.

You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day,

Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.

Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked.

Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge even the Most High, your dwelling place,

No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;

For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.

In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.

You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

"Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name.

He shall call upon Me,and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.

With long life I will satisfy him,And show him My salvation."

Prayer

Father, I come boldly before Your throne to obtain grace to help in time of need. I have confidence in Your Word, and I take hold of Your promises to heal me. According to Isaiah 53:5 and I Peter 2:24, I resist sickness and disease. I speak with my mouth and believe in my heart that I am healed of all sickness and disease.

Your Word says that Jesus bore all my sickness and diseases, and He carried my sorrows, so I receive healing now. I know and declare that Jesus is my Healer. I give You all the praise for providing everything I need to walk in wholeness.

Thank You for satisfying me with long life. Father, I am thankful that You are no respecter of persons. What You do for one, You will do for all who ask and believe by faith.

Satan, I declare to you in the Name of Jesus that you have no authority over me. According to Matthew 18:18, I bind you from operating against me in any way. My life is hidden in Christ. You have no power to bring any part of the curse upon me. I take my stand as one who is redeemed from the curse. So you must flee now! I take my place in God and I resist you.

Now Father, I worship You. I give You reverence. I confess with my mouth that Your Word will not return to You void. I praise You for Your protection and for Your goodness upon my life. I thank You that Satan is unable to penetrate that. Thank You for bringing total healing to me. Your Word says whatever I ask in the Name of Jesus will be done for me. So I declare this is done. My healing is complete. Amen.

Praise the LORD!

Praise the LORD!

When you're up against a struggle that shatters all your dreams
And your hopes have been cruelly crushed by Satan's manifested schemes
And you feel the urge within you to submit to earthly fears
Don't let the faith you're standing in, seem to disappear

Praise the Lord, He can work through those who praise Him
Praise the Lord, for our God inhabits praise
Praise the Lord, for the chains that seems to bind you
Serve only to remind you that they drop powerless behind you
When you praise Him

Now Satan is a liar and he wants to make us think, that we are paupers
When he knows himself we're children of the King
So lift up the mighty shield of faith for the battle must be won
We know that Jesus Christ has risen so the work's already done

Praise the Lord, He can work through those who praise Him
Praise the Lord, for our God inhabits praise
Praise the Lord, for the chains that seems to bind you
Serve only to remind you that they drop powerless behind you
When you praise Him

Praise the Lord, He can work through those who praise Him
Praise the Lord, for our God inhabits praise
Praise the Lord, for the chains that seems to bind you
Serve only to remind you that they drop powerless behind you
When you praise Him

Praise Him, praise Him
When you praise Him
When you praise Him
When you praise the Lord

The Imperials

Psalm 34

Give thanks to Adonai! Call on his name!
Make his deeds known among the peoples.
Sing to him, sing praises to him,
talk about all his wonders.
Glory in his holy name;
let those seeking Adonai have joyful hearts.

Seek Adonai and his strength;
always seek his presence.
Remember the wonders he has done,
his signs and his spoken rulings.
You descendants of Avraham his servant,
you offspring of Ya'akov, his chosen ones,
he is Adonai our God!

His rulings are everywhere on earth.
He remembers his covenant forever,
the word he commanded to a thousand generations,
the covenant he made with Avraham,
the oath he swore to Yitz'chak,
and established as a law for Ya'akov,
for Isra'el as an everlasting covenant:
"To you I will give the land of Kena'an
as your allotted heritage."
When they were but few in number,
and not only few, but aliens there too,
wandering from nation to nation,
from this kingdom to that people,
he allowed no one to oppress them.

Yes, for their sakes he rebuked even kings:
"Don't touch my anointed ones
or do my prophets harm!"

He called down famine on the land,
broke off all their food supply,
but sent a man ahead of them —
Yosef, who was sold as a slave.
They shackled his feet with chains,
and they bound him in irons;
until the time when his word proved true,
God's utterance kept testing him.
The king sent and had him released,
the ruler of peoples set him free;
he made him lord of his household,
in charge of all he owned,
correcting his officers as he saw fit
and teaching his counselors wisdom.
Then Isra'el too came into Egypt,
Ya'akov lived as an alien in the land of Ham.
There God made his people very fruitful,
made them too numerous for their foes,
whose hearts he turned to hate his people,
and treat his servants unfairly.
He sent his servant Moshe
and Aharon, whom he had chosen.
They worked his signs among them,
his wonders in the land of Ham.
He sent darkness, and the land grew dark;
they did not defy his word.
He turned their water into blood
and caused their fish to die.
Their land swarmed with frogs,
even in the royal chambers.
He spoke, and there came swarms of insects
and lice throughout their land.
He gave them hail instead of rain,
with fiery [lightning] throughout their land.
He struck their vines and fig trees,
shattering trees all over their country.
He spoke, and locusts came,
also grasshoppers without number;
they ate up everything green in their land,
devoured the fruit of their ground.
He struck down all the firstborn in their land,
the firstfruits of all their strength.
Then he led his people out,
laden with silver and gold;
among his tribes not one stumbled.
Egypt was happy to have them leave,
because fear of [Isra'el] had seized them.
He spread out a cloud to screen them off
and fire to give them light at night.
When they asked, he brought them quails
and satisfied them with food from heaven.
He split a rock, and water gushed out,
flowing as a river over the dry ground,
for he remembered his holy promise
to his servant Avraham.
He led out his people with joy,
his chosen ones with singing.
Then he gave them the lands of the nations,
and they possessed what peoples had toiled to produce,
in order to obey his laws
and follow his teachings.
HalleluYah!

Prayer in Time of Trouble

Lord, in every need let me come to You with humble trust saying, "Jesus, help me."
In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations, Jesus, help me.
In hours of loneliness, weariness, and trials, Jesus, help me.
In the failure of my plans and hopes; in disappointments, troubles, and sorrows, Jesus, help me.
When others fail me and Your grace alone can assist me, help me.
When I throw myself on Your tender love as a father and savior, Jesus, help me.
When my heart is cast down by failure at seeing no good come from my efforts, Jesus, help me.
When I feel impatient and my cross irritates me, Jesus, help me.
When I am ill and my head and hands cannot work and I am lonely, Jesus, help me.
Always, always, in spite of weakness, falls, and shortcomings of every kind, Jesus, help me and never forsake me.
Amen.

Church!

When we meet Christ, we are saved into the church.
The Bible speaks of our being members of one another (Romans 12:4-5).
We are joined together in Christ (Ephesians 4:15-16).
We eat from one loaf and drink from one cup (Ephesians 4:4-5).
We are to carry one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2).
We might even find ourselves selling our property in order to meet another's needs (Acts 4:32ff.).
We are to be a forgiving community (Colossians 3:13) that is deeply in love with one another (John 13:34).
The church is a precious gift to God's people.
Christ died to bring the church into being (Ephesians 5:25)!
The church is the mantelpiece of God, the display of God's splendor before the angels (Ephesians 3:10)!
So let us take care that we cherish the organism that Christ suffered to create—and may God bless his church!

Ministry for Life

Thank you Jesus, that according to 2 Corinthians 5:17-20, I am in Christ. I have been reconciled. You have given me a ministry of reconciliation. You have committed to me the Word of reconciliation.

I have the motivation and ability to reconcile people back to you. I am Your ambassador.

I thank you Father, that according to Luke 4:18-19, Your Spirit is upon and in me.

You have anointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor. You have sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those that are bruised, oppressed, and broken down, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord, the day of salvation.

In the name of Jesus, I boldly confess that I have received the Holy Spirit to be a witness to the Lord Jesus. I confess that I will go into all the world and I will preach the Gospel of salvation. [Mark 16:15-20, Acts 1:8]

Thank You Lord, that I am as bold a lion. The righteous are as bold as a lion. I am righteous. [Prov 28:1]

Thank You Father, that You have not given me a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. I am not a coward. In the name of Jesus I have boldness. I am more than a conqueror. I am engaged in God's military service. I am an enlisted person, and I endure hardness as a good soldier of the Lord Jesus Christ. [2 Tim 2:3, 2 Tim 1:7, Rom 8:37]

I am motivated to fight for the will of God everywhere I am.

Father, I am Your ambassador. If You are looking for someone to send, here I am, send me. [Isaiah 6:8]

I will go for You. I am Your representative. I am a minister of reconciliation.

I fully expect You to work with me to confirm Your Word that I speak out with signs following.

I believe that we are co-laborers together. You are my strength and my results.

I am Your mouthpiece. [2 Cor 5:19-20, Mk 16:20, 2 Cor 3:9] Speak to me; send me.

The world awaits me, the lost await me. In the name of Jesus, I am wise because I win souls for the kingdom of God. Thank you Lord for making me an effective minister and witness for You. [Prov 11:30]

Life Confessions

Father, I thank you for giving me a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. I thank you for opening the eyes of my understanding, that I might know the hope and plan of Your calling in my life, the riches of Your glory of Your inheritance in the saints, and the exceeding greatness of Your power to me who believes.
[Eph 1:18-19]

For this reason, I bow my knees before the Father from Whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. I pray that according to the riches of Your glory I might be strengthened with power through Your Spirit in my inner man. I pray that Christ may dwell in my heart through faith. And that being rooted and grounded in love I may be able to comprehend with all the saints, the breadth, length, depth, and height of the love of Christ. And I will know by experience the love that surpasses all understanding, that I may be filled with all the very fullness of God.
[Eph 3:16-19]

Father, I pray that I would be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, and that I would walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. That I would be strengthened with all might, according to Your glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering, with joyfulness.
[Col 1:9-11]

I know Him, the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed unto His death. That by any means I may obtain to the resurrection of the dead, not that I have already obtained or am already perfect, but I press on that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has laid hold of me. I do not count myself to have apprehended but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
[Phil 3:10]

Confession – Healing

Surely Jesus has borne my sickness and carried my pains, He was esteemed stricken and smitten of God and afflicted. He was wounded for my transgressions; He was bruised for my iniquities. The chastisement of my peace was upon Him and with His stripes, I AM healed.
[Is 53:4 & 5]

Who His own self bare my sins in His own body on the tree, that I being dead to sin should live unto righteousness, and by whose stripes I was healed.
[1 Pet 2:24]

Thank you Jesus. You redeemed me from the curse of the law, because it is written, "Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law being made a curse for me, for it, It was written, cursed is everyone that hangs on a tree."
[Gal 3:13]

"For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong on behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him."
Father, look no further.
[2 Chron 16:9]

"He sent His Word and healed them and delivered them from all their destructions."
[Ps 107:20]

"So shall My Word be that goes forth out of My mouth, it shall not return to Me void, it will accomplish that which I please and it shall prosper in the thing wherein to I sent it."
[Is 55:11]

"How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil, for God was with Him."
[Acts 10:38]

"Jesus Christ the same, yesterday, today, and forever."
[Heb 13:8]

[3 John 2]

"Verily I say unto you, whosoever shall say to this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, what things whatsoever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them and you shall have them."
[Mark 11:23-24]

Thank you Jesus, according to Romans 8:11, the same Spirit that raised You from the dead is dwelling within me now to quicken (make alive) my mortal body by the Holy Spirit that dwells within me. I believe that you are quickening me now.

I thank you Jesus, I loose the resurrection and healing power working within me now, rebuilding, repairing, and restoring any damage that was done. I loose the resurrection and healing power of the Holy Spirit upon my mind, my emotions, and my body in the name of Jesus.

Thank you Jesus, that according to Mark 16:18, hands have been laid on me and I believe that I have received healing power and I am now recovering. I am in my recovery period, being rebuilt, repaired, and restored to health.

I thank you Jesus, that according to Psalm 118:17, I shall not die but live, and declare Your works O Lord. The spirit of death cannot have any way in me.
